When there are a multitude of people who are from , or whose ancestors are from cultures and societies who have not and are not capable of making a civilization like was Made in the USA, in the West and in parts of Asia, as more and more of these people come and multiply, then the inevitable outcome will be a USA more like the cultures and societies of these newcomers. California is a great example of this future civilization. So are many of the major cities in the USA.

If the movement is emotional not systematic (and I agree), then isn't he stopping short of the real causation? If you have female participation and leadership increasing more obviously than any other variable and there's an obvious connection to the types of emotional thinking Kaufmann is mentioning, then why is that causal connection avoided? It's almost a perfect predictor variable but It seems like dissident types unanimously avoid this obvious thing, or they dismiss it as much as possible and come up with any alternative they can think of.

Emotional thinking? It is empathy, and empathy is a long-accepted methodology in the social sciences going back to the 19th century: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verstehen

In the 1960s the Soviet Union was active in the UN and it's connected bodies highlighting how the US was claiming to be superior to their "equality" based system but practised widespread discrimination against its black population which added to the moral climate
